I quickly dropped a message to make an appointment for viewing. Again with pure luck, it's the first time that owner is willing to rent out, and I will be the first tenant.
We had made a deal, I would say the rental is a bit higher than the market price but it's reasonable.
Eventually, we are quite satisfied with the unit, spacious rooms, clean, big fridge, king-size bed, sofas, etc.
